Since 1993 our team has built villas, palaces, staff housing and commercial buildings in the Makkah region and beyond. We take responsibility for the structure and for the details that follow it: waterproofing, blockwork, plaster, façades and the handover file.
What owners can expect
- One accountable site manager, with regular photo progress reports at a rhythm agreed at the start.
- Shop drawings and material approvals before each stage begins.
- Quality checks at every hold point: reinforcement, formwork and concrete pours.
- A handover file with as-built drawings, warranties and maintenance notes.
We build to the consultant’s approved drawings and coordinate with the consultant on site throughout.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build private villas and palaces?
Yes. Private residences are a large part of our team’s work in Jeddah. We do not publish owners’ names, and site access and photography follow the owner’s wishes.
Can you build from another consultant’s design?
Yes. We usually work from the consultant’s approved drawings, prepare shop drawings where needed, and coordinate with the consultant on site.
Which cities do you work in?
Our office is in Jeddah and most of our work is in the Makkah region; our team has also delivered projects in Tabuk, Yanbu, Jazan and Khamis Mushait.
