Electromechanical (MEP)
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting installations, coordinated with the civil and finishing works around them.
Many projects go wrong where civil and electromechanical works meet. We plan openings, routes and services early and build them into the same programme as the rest of the project.
What we install
- Low-voltage power and lighting
- HVAC: split, ducted and packaged units
- Water supply and drainage
- Fire-fighting pumps, networks and alarm systems
- Pump rooms and plant piping
- Testing and commissioning with the consultant
