Industrial and water infrastructure
Civil and mechanical works for factories, reverse-osmosis plants, sewage treatment plants and strategic water tanks.
Industrial sites leave no room for improvisation. Our team has worked inside operating plants for cement, steel, food and pharmaceutical producers, and on water projects from Jazan to Tabuk. We plan around shutdown windows, permits to work and each plant’s own safety rules.
Typical packages
- Plant rooms and pump houses
- Reinforced-concrete water tanks, above and below ground
- GRP pipelines: trenching, bedding, installation and testing
- Foundations and plinths for tanks, silos and equipment
- Steel structures, platforms and pipe racks
- Civil works for sewage treatment and desalination plants
We work as main contractor, or as the civil and mechanical subcontractor to a main or EPC contractor, to their programme and quality plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work inside operating factories?
Yes. Much of our industrial work has been carried out next to running production lines. We follow each plant’s permit-to-work system and safety rules, and our occupational health and safety management system is certified to ISO 45001.
Can you take a civil package under an EPC contractor?
Yes. On water and industrial projects we often work as the civil or mechanical subcontractor to a main or EPC contractor.
Do you test tanks and pipelines before handover?
Yes. Water-retaining structures and pipelines are tested to the project specification, usually with hydrostatic tests witnessed by the client or consultant.
